How can I become a Vendor?
Please submit an application with all of the necessary information online. Our team will review all submissions and get back to applicants as soon as possible. Once applications are accepted, payment is due. Booths are not reserved until payment is received. Lack of payment will result in cancellation and applicant will not be allowed to reapply for future shows. Please only apply if you are available for the date and can promptly confirm participation
Are umbrellas, tents, canopies, or tables provided or are they available to rent?
Unfortunately, umbrellas, tents, canopies, and tables are not provided and are unable to rent. You must bring your own equipment to set up your booth. Please message us if you would like us to send you some recommendations on where to buy!
Load-in & Load-Out
Loading-in will occur from 7am-9am and will be time-slotted for efficiency. We will contact you prior to the show to give you your load in time. All cars must be removed by 9am. Booths must be set up by no later than 9:30am. The show starts at 10am.
Load-out will occur from 4:15pm-6pm. All cars must be removed by 6pm.
Terms & Conditions
By participating in this event, you hold harmless Feel Good Productions LLC and their staff, museum staff, and the City of Desert Hot Springs and their respective parties, FGF is not responsible for loss or damage to equipment or merchandise. This event will occur rain or shine. There are no refunds to cancellations.
Where will my booth be?
Please see the map below to get a sense of the venue and location. We will give final instructions regarding loading in/out and vendor location closer to the show date.
Restrooms, Food, Parking?
The venue has designated restroom facilities that you may use during the event. Please see map below for their location on the premises. We will also have food vendors available if you get hungry! Parking will be provided in a nearby lot and we will have a shuttle service available to take you safely to your car. We will reserve a few spots for Disabled Parking,
Does it cost to attend?
No, this is event is FREE for attendees! This is a family friendly event and open to the public. Workshops and experiences may charge a small participation fee to get in but the rest of the event (which hosts live music, shopping and more) is free and open to the public. Join our email list to get the workshop schedule to know ahead of time!
Are dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, no dogs are allowed on the property, Please leave your furry friends at home!
Is smoking allowed?
This is a fully non-smoking property. No smoking is allowed in the festival.
